To a Snowdrop

Snowdrops mean hope & endurance. We plan to snowdrop hunt today; if it's not too cold, a blanket-wrapped GG will come along in her shoulder bag. Snowdrops are beloved by poets, of course. Here is one of Wordsworth's snowdrop poems, an early Ted Hughes, & one by Louise Gluck. That does not exhaust the list of poets, by any means. Just a start. What tiny green shoots are you seeing in your world? (photograph by John Crellin via floralimages)
